Job Summary

Citigroup Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Risk Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Risk Management department, you will be responsible for developing and validating risk models, analyzing data, and providing strategic recommendations to senior management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and validate risk models using advanced statistical techniques and data analysis
  • Analyze large datasets to identify trends and patterns, and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into business processes and strategies
  • Develop and maintain risk management policies and procedures
  • Provide training and guidance to junior team members on risk management principles and practices
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience in risk management, financial services, or a related field
  • Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, or finance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience working with large datasets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with senior management and cross-functional teams
  • Experience with risk management software and tools, such as SAS or SQL
