Job Summary

Citigroup is seeking a highly skilled Business Risk and Control Group Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing complex risk areas, leading a team of professionals, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and oversee the application of operational risk policies, technology, and tools to minimize losses from internal processes and emerging risks.
  • Independently assess risks and drive actions to address root causes of operational risk losses.
  • Provide governance and oversight for technology operational risk, cyber risk, and other areas.
  • Drive Operation Risk Anticipation, Mitigation, and Loss Recovery initiatives.
  • Ensure Operation Risk Policy implementation and exception approvals.
  • Inform Operational Risk Council on Sub-Segment Level OR related matters.
  • Attend In Business Risk Committees.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in Technology Risk, with significant experience in software delivery processes and practices.
  • Strong technical aptitude and relevant experience required.
  • Deep understanding of software delivery processes and practices.
  • Experience in Internal Audit or Financial Control desirable.
  • Expertise in Fraud Awareness and Risk Management, Operations and Systems, and Vendor/Outsourcing Management beneficial.
What We Offer

Citigroup offers a competitive salary range of $144,000 to $216,720.00, plus discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k), life, accident, and disability insurance, and wellness programs.
