About the Job

We are looking for a skilled and versatile Warehouse & Customer Support Specialist to contribute to the success of Nino Trading Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless warehouse operations and delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will possess strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and basic computer skills for inventory management and customer service software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Warehouse Operations:
  • Manage the receipt, storage, and distribution of merchandise in the warehouse.
  • Inspect shipments for damage and ensure accurate inventory levels.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  • Customer Service:
  • Provide prompt and effective responses to customer inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback.
Requirements
  • Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Skills:
  • Strong attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management and customer service software.
