Role Summary:
As a Patient Experience Coordinator, you will play a vital role in enhancing patient satisfaction and fostering trust within the community. Your contributions will directly impact the lives of our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver exceptional patient service with empathy and professionalism, adhering to company policies and industry standards.
2. Assist patients by scheduling and confirming appointments, managing patient records, and verifying insurance details.
3. Handle financial transactions, including balancing daily deposits and processing credit card payments.
4. Perform additional duties as assigned by the management team.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong ethical foundation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
