Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Staffing Coordinator to join our team at Bon Secours Health. As a key member of our workforce management team, you will be responsible for scheduling, staffing, and timekeeping for designated work areas.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement efficient scheduling systems to meet business needs
  • Manage staffing levels and coordinate with nurse managers to ensure adequate coverage
  • Process and manage timecards, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies
  • Maintain open communication with staff and management to address scheduling and staffing concerns
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in staffing, scheduling, or timekeeping; healthcare experience a plus
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software systems
