In this role, you will be responsible for the recruitment, staffing, and scheduling of various positions within the facility. You will also engage in human resources activities. This is a full-time position that requires weekend and on-call availability for unexpected staffing needs.
Your responsibilities may include (but are not limited to): developing and maintaining the clinical staffing schedule, ensuring adequate staffing levels for each shift, overseeing the complete recruitment process for the facility, maintaining departmental records and reports, managing compensation and unemployment claims, and adhering to all relevant Federal and State regulations regarding personnel matters.

Experience in a comparable staffing role, preferably within a healthcare setting.
A Bachelor's degree is highly preferred.
