Key Responsibilities- Greet visitors warmly and provide a positive first impression of our company
- Assist homeowners with basic questions and concerns regarding their accounts
- Process payments for HOA fees and issue receipts
- Page office personnel as needed and retrieve voice-mail messages
- Track and distribute incoming legal notices and return mail
- Maintain inventory of parking validation cards and keys/devices
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and office equipment
- Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Ability to speak Spanish
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- Experience in the homeowner industry
