Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Structural Associate III to join our team at ECS Limited. As a key member of our facilities consulting services, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and guidance on building enclosure consulting, forensic investigation analysis, and design of repairs to existing structures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Testing and Consulting Services: Conduct testing and consulting services for the built environment, including property condition assessments, specialized testing, and building enclosure consulting.
  • Project Management: Manage budgets, prepare invoices, and maintain a client database.
  • Team Collaboration: Interact with senior staff members on a variety of projects, including mentoring other staff and promoting a safe workplace.
  • Reporting and Proposals: Prepare reports and proposals for clients.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required; B.Arch or M.Arch (NCARB) accredited by National Architectural Accrediting Board (NAAB) or BS in Engineering, Building Science, or related degree from an ABET accredited college/university preferred.
  • Experience: 2 years of relevant building facilities consulting experience required; in lieu of education, 4 years of experience as ECS Facilities Associate II, or equivalent combination of experience, certification, and education required.
