Job Overview
Motion Recruitment is seeking a highly experienced Risk and Controls Expert to join our team as a VP/SVP. This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in risk management and controls to drive business growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, direction, and coordination of day-to-day activities of running a program or portfolio of programs.
- Direct the identification of risks that impact program delivery and ensure mitigation strategies are developed and executed when necessary.
- Communicate status, issue, and risk disposition to all stakeholders, including senior management, on a timely basis.
- Lead the identification and drive resolution of issues, including those outside established programs of work.
- Ensure all stakeholders are identified and included in scope definition activities, understand the program schedule and key milestones, and receive schedule status regularly.
Qualifications
- 15+ years of extensive experience in the Risk and Controls domain.
- Demonstrate critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to quality and attention to detail.
- Working understanding of Enterprise Risk Management.
- Excellent interpersonal relationships with the ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders.
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work across business and functions.
