Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to provide exceptional support to the Vice Chair for Education and the Vice Chair for Faculty Development. The successful candidate will possess a strong work ethic, professionalism, and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality when needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide executive-level administrative support to the Vice Chair for Education and the Vice Chair for Faculty Development.
  • Obtain and transmit information to executives from within the organization to assist in furthering priorities.
  • Filter communications of executives and prioritize communications for review.
  • Serve as liaison between executives and faculty, administrators, and DOM, PSOM, and UPHS staff and leadership.
  • Manage complex calendars, schedule and arrange all associated details for large and small meetings and events.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, develop various itineraries, and process expense reimbursements and payments.
  • Prepare and distribute various materials, compose correspondence for signature, proof correspondence and other material, and maintain filing systems.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science and 3-5 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Prior experience supporting a senior-level executive is preferred.
  • Project coordination and execution experience is preferred.
  • Excellent skills in MS Office Suite and Outlook.
