Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Assistant to provide top-notch administrative support to our President. This is a unique opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and contribute to the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to the President, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements, and handling confidential information.
  • Communication: Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, presentations, and reports. Conduct research and compile information for various projects.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange and coordinate travel itineraries, accommodations, and other logistics.
  • File Management: Maintain and organize electronic and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval of information.
  • Meetings and Presentations: Assist in the preparation of materials for meetings and other high-level presentations.
  • Liaison: Act as a liaison between the President and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Internal Communications: Prepare and distribute internal communications and announcements as directed.
  • Meeting Attendance: Attend meetings as directed and follow up on action items as necessary.
  • Confidentiality: Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 3+ years of executive support experience required.
  • Skills: Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Strong written and verbal communication skills. High level of professionalism and ability to maintain confidentiality. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a diverse group of individuals.
