Job Title: Senior Audit Associate

CBIZ Accounting Tax and Advisory of New York LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Audit Associate to join our team. As a Senior Audit Associate, you will be responsible for leading audit engagements, supervising junior staff, and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead audit engagements for clients, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results
  • Supervise junior staff, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure their growth and development
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes, applying this knowledge to improve audit processes and client service
  • Collaborate with other teams, such as tax and advisory, to provide comprehensive services to clients
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in public accounting, with a focus on audit
  • CPA certification or working towards it
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide junior staff
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
