We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team at NFP. As a key member of our client service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities- Pre-Sale and New Business: Assemble meeting preparation documents, perform insurance underwriting duties, schedule medical insurance exams, and follow up with clients and Relationship Managers.
- Client Service: Process insurance policy service requests, provide superior client service, coordinate collateral assignments, and interact with insurance carriers and vendors.
- Business Operations: Manage the Relationship Manager's calendar, schedule client meetings, maintain client files, and ensure data accuracy in MOSAIC.
- Education: High School Diploma required, College Degree preferred.
- Experience: 1-3 years of customer service experience, 3-5 years of industry experience preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication skills, ability to interact with clients diplomatically and professionally, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

The base salary range for this position is $42,000 - $70,000. The base salary offered will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, experience, credentials, education, certifications, skill level required for the position, the scope of the position, and geographic location. Actual base salary offered will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
