Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly motivated Business Development Coordinator to support our Operations team in our DC office. This role will play a critical part in our business development efforts, requiring strong data management skills and creative problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage contracts and RFPs from initiation to completion, ensuring terms are met and deadlines are adhered to.
  • Create and refine proposals that clearly articulate our value proposition and meet the needs of potential clients.
  • Enter accurate and timely data in our CRM system to track and analyze business development activities.
  • Collaborate with practice areas to identify opportunities for strategic growth and improvement.
  • Prepare financial forecasting models and projections based on active contracts and proposals.
  • Source and write grant proposals on behalf of The Raben Group and our clients.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
  • Exceptional writing skills with experience in drafting, copyediting, and proofreading proposals.
  • Prior experience in contract management, proposal writing, and database management.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in grant writing is a plus.
  • Prior experience with a CRM system is a plus.

Our salary for this role is $60,000 per year, commensurate with experience and locality.
