We're looking for a skilled Regional IT Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our IT organization, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional IT services to our global team members.

You will implement our IT service management strategy, ensuring our team members receive a positive and consistent experience. You will also review team and system performance metrics, manage regional stakeholder relationships, and provide technical mentoring to your direct reports.

We're committed to continuous improvement and innovation. You will identify trends and opportunities for improvement, and work to automate processes where possible.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement IT service management strategy across corporate IT and team member tooling
  • Ensure global team members receive a positive and consistent experience
  • Review team and system performance metrics
  • Manage regional stakeholder relationships
  • Provide technical mentoring to direct reports
  • Identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  • Automate processes where possible
Requirements

We're looking for a highly skilled and experienced IT professional with a strong understanding of IT service management principles and practices. You should have a good technical understanding to support Tier 1/Tier 2 engineers, and be familiar with best practices frameworks such as ITIL 3 and above.

You should also have good planning and implementation skills for service improvement, and excellent communication skills both verbal and written. A solid understanding of technologies such as Exchange/O365 Administration, Desktop support, Office365 Application, Windows 10/11, Mimecast, Group Policy, and AD/AAD is also required.
