About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior QA Manager to lead our global e-commerce quality assurance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the stability, security, and intuitiveness of our e-commerce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the creation and development of a comprehensive quality assurance system for global e-commerce.
  • Establish and manage the QA team in the US, including Quality Assurance Engineers (QA Engineer) and Software Development Engineers in Test (SDET).
  • Oversee quality management throughout the project lifecycle, developing and implementing test plans and strategies, identifying and mitigating risks, standardizing project processes, and managing and reviewing defects.
  • Recruit team members, set team goals, and coach team members, documenting and sharing best practices and methodologies.
  • Identify critical quality risks and efficiency bottlenecks, researching and implementing effective solutions to enhance system quality.
  • Establish efficient and trusting relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth cooperation.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field from an accredited and reputable institution.
  • 5+ years of experience managing a QA team.
  • Proven expertise in project quality management, with a strong background in testing technology and sound technical judgment.
  • Demonstrated success in team coaching and developing effective methodologies.
