About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst to join our team at CBRE. As a key member of our Business Systems Job Function, you will be responsible for formulating and defining system scopes and objectives.

This role involves working closely with internal partners and business units to develop, install, and enhance new and current systems. You will be responsible for:

  • Responding to stakeholder inquiries regarding system processes and capabilities.
  • Researching and supporting end-user applications and testing end-user processes using defined guidelines.
  • Developing relationships with clients and internal and external IT teams.
  • Gathering information on areas of improvement and recommending changes to increase user satisfaction.
  • Logging work tickets with external product vendors or support organizations.
  • Providing end-users with explanations of ways to use the systems in a more efficient manner.
  • Following procedures for complex problems, including evaluation of business and user needs, documentation of requirements, and translation into proper system specifications.
  • Delivering correspondence, presentations, and other materials for end-user training.
  • Assisting with creating customized queries and reports utilizing table matrices.
  • Having knowledge of standard principles with limited practical experience in applying them.
  • Leading by example and modeling behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values.
  • Impact the quality of own work.
  • Working within standardized procedures and practices to achieve objectives and meet deadlines.
  • Exchanging information and checking for understanding.
What You'll Need:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with up to 3 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered.
  • Ability to use existing procedures to solve standard problems.
  • Experience with analyzing information and standard practices to make judgments.
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
  • Organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset.
