Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service to guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Operate a cash register, handle cash, lottery tickets, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Complete shift reports, including inventory management and cash handling procedures.
  • Clean and maintain the store, including windows, floors, bathrooms, and trash containers.
  • Stock shelves and coolers with merchandise, ensuring that products are facing forward and at eye level.
  • Sweep and mop floors, and perform other tasks as assigned by management.
  • Conduct gasoline tank inventory, including stick readings and product delivery checks.
  • Perform light equipment maintenance, including pumps, lighting, and machinery.
  • Merchandise products, including rotating stock and maintaining visual displays.
  • Communicate effectively with associates and guests, using clear and concise language.
  • Count, read, and write accurately to complete required paperwork.
Requirements:
  • Wear the required store uniform.
  • Be available to work weekend, evening shifts, and holidays.
  • Have reliable transportation.
  • Attend mandatory meetings, including T.A.M. and sexual harassment training.
Physical Requirements:
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting of 1 to 15 pounds.
  • Be able to lift up to 50 pounds on occasion.
  • Reach above shoulder height and bend below waist.
  • Be able to freely access all areas of the store.
  • Move quickly around the store.
Compensation:
  • $14 per hour - $15 per hour.
