Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Representative. As the face of our organization, this role plays a critical role in patient care and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet patients and verify their information
  • Provide assistance and answer phone calls courteously and promptly
  • Maintain accurate payment records and scan patient information
  • Verify insurance and maintain confidentiality in line with HIPAA regulations
  • Address patient concerns in a timely manner and work professionally with patients and medical staff

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and effective communication
  • Exceptional customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with clinical office operations and basic computer systems

About Us

HealthCARE Express operates 16 urgent care facilities, a specialty clinic, and a medical billing department across Texas, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.

Training

All new hires must attend a 4-day training session in Texarkana, TX, as part of the onboarding process.
