Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Front Desk Attendant to join our team at Marriott Bethesda Downtown at Marriott HQ. As a Front Desk Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth and memorable stay.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out procedures
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide information and recommendations on local attractions and services
  • Manage guest requests and complaints in a courteous and efficient manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area, including handling cash and credit transactions
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • No prior work experience necessary
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
