Front Desk Representative

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Front Desk Agent to join our team at Marriott. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable stay for all guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Process guest arrivals and departures, including check-in and check-out procedures
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide information and recommendations on local attractions and services
- Manage guest requests and concerns, including room assignments and amenities
- Work collaboratively with other hotel staff to ensure seamless guest experiences
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- No prior work experience necessary, but a positive attitude and excellent communication skills are essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask with ease
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
