Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative

Marathon TS is seeking a highly skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to support a federal agency in Washington, D.C. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients in both English and Spanish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide extensive call center support services to customers, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Perform a variety of clerical support functions, including data entry and benefit administration.
  • Collaborate with higher-level staff to complete case processing tasks and ensure accurate data entry.
  • Utilize authorized computer systems to gather and confirm information prompted by incoming calls.
Requirements:
  • A GED or high school diploma is required.
  • At least six (6) months to one (1) year of experience working in an office setting, answering telephones, or in a similar setting.
  • Verbal and written proficiency in English and Spanish to facilitate clear and accurate exchange of information.
