  • Food and Beverage Management: Manage the preparation and presentation of food and beverages, including menu planning, inventory management, and quality control, to ensure that our guests receive high-quality food and beverages.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that our guests receive exceptional service, including responding to complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Financial Management: Manage the financial aspects of the restaurant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, to ensure that our restaurant is profitable and that we are meeting our financial goals.
  • Compliance: Ensure that our restaurant is in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations, including health and safety regulations, employment laws, and tax laws.
  • Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development to our staff, including training on new procedures, policies, and technologies, to ensure that they are equipped to provide excellent service and to meet the needs of our guests.

Requirements:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality, business, or related field preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management role, including experience in front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks; knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage management, staff management, and customer service.
