Motion Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented **Visual Production Specialist** to join our team in San Francisco. As a key member of our photography team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing photo shoots, ensuring timely asset delivery, and providing exceptional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple concurrent photo shoots within our in-house Photo Studio.
  • Develop and maintain shotlists, ensuring data integrity within our workflow tool, and resolve shot request variances with business partners.
  • Collaborate with Sample Coordinators to track outstanding samples for photo shoots.
  • Assist in scheduling product laydown and product on-figure photo shoots, overseeing the daily photo shoot workflow process.
  • Manage high-priority projects within the photo studio pipeline, ensuring timely asset delivery, and serve as the primary point of contact for questions regarding sample and shotlist integrity.
  • Provide accurate weekly photography metrics to the Account Management Team, analyze data, and offer recommendations for future photo shoots.
  • Develop, publish, and maintain seasonal shot guidelines to ensure correct shot strategy mapped to approved budget.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and unwavering attention to detail.
  • Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Ability to act quickly, independently, and prioritize achieving results across multiple, simultaneous projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience in photo and video production and project management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships and influence change, as needed.
  • Technical proficiency in PC and Mac OS platforms, Excel, Microsoft Word, and FileMaker Pro.
