  • Create shotlists and ensure data integrity within our workflow tool.
  • Partner with Sample Coordinators to track outstanding samples for photo shoots.
  • Assist in scheduling product laydown and product on-figure photo shoots.
  • Manage high-priority projects within the photo studio pipeline.
  • Provide accurate weekly photography metrics to the Account Management Team.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Flexible, proactive, and solution-oriented.
  • Ability to act quickly, independently, and prioritize achieving results across multiple projects.
  • Experience in photo and video production and project management.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technical proficiency in PC and Mac OS platforms.
