Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Community Liaison to join our team at A Place for Mom. As a Sales and Community Liaison, you will play a critical role in helping families find the right senior living communities to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with families to understand their needs and preferences, and provide guidance on senior living options.
  • Collaborate with senior living communities to schedule tours and facilitate the move-in process.
  • Act as a liaison between families and senior living communities, ensuring a smooth and successful transition.
  • Meet daily call benchmarks, schedule tours, and convert leads into move-ins to achieve monthly quotas.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • History of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Ability to multitask, talk on the phone, and take notes on the computer.
  • Strong computer and typing skills, including Microsoft Office and internal CRM system.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive base salary: $51,500.
  • Uncapped on-target earnings: $86,500+.
  • Benefits: 401(k) plus match, dental insurance, health insurance, vision insurance, and paid time off.

Additional Information:

You will work with your Regional Manager to establish a full-time, 40-hour work schedule on an hourly, non-exempt basis. Schedules are set based on business needs and may include regularly scheduled evenings, weekends, and end-of-month shifts, as well as some holiday shifts during the year.
