Job Overview

Responsibilities
  • Perform high-quality interior and exterior painting and staining of residential properties and some light commercial properties.
  • Meet schedule and quality standards and expectations of each customer.
  • Provide exceptional customer experience in addition to quality work.
  • Maintain company vehicles and equipment.
  • Complete necessary jobsite paperwork.
  • Maintain safety and job site cleanliness.
  • Work collaboratively with other members of the 360 Painting staff.
Requirements
  • Prior painting experience and a willingness to be coachable and trainable.
  • Ability to be on time and maintain a schedule.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Self-motivation and a self-starter attitude.
  • A valid driver's license with a good driving record and insurability.
  • High energy and durability.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 6+ months of residential and/or commercial painting experience.
