Job Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled LPN to join our team as a Crisis Care Specialist. As a member of our team, you will provide high-quality nursing care to patients in crisis situations, working under the direction and supervision of an RN.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide quality nursing care to patients in crisis situations
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical and emotional needs
  • Develop and implement effective care strategies to address patients' needs
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:

  • Registered LPN with the State of Ohio without any board actions
  • One year of nursing experience preferred
  • CPR Certified
  • Computer skills sufficient to properly document services and care
  • Ability to drive during daytime, nighttime, or inclement weather
  • Valid Driver's License with Safe Driving Record
  • State Minimum Automobile Insurance Coverage
