Crisis Intervention Team Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Crisis Intervention Team Supervisor to join our team at Franklin County Public Health. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in overseeing the Crisis Intervention Team and ensuring the delivery of high-quality services to our community.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the Crisis Intervention Team to ensure a collaborative and coordinated approach to crisis response.
- Develop and implement community outreach programs to prevent homelessness, mental health, and substance abuse issues.
- Provide clinical oversight and supervision to the Behavioral Health and Addiction Services Peer Support Specialist program.
- Collaborate with Care Coordination and Behavioral Health and Addiction Services to evaluate and design community outreach initiatives.
- Build relationships and awareness of Crisis Intervention with the community and local neighborhoods.
- Collect and maintain statistical data on crisis incidents handled by FCSO and provide an annual report to inform improvements to the FCSO response to crisis incidents.
- Assist in the development of Division and Section budgets and monitor expenses against established budget.
- Master's degree in social work or other social service program.
- 3 years' directly related experience including assessing physical, mental, social, and economic needs of diverse populations.
- 2 years' experience in social work case management.
- Previous supervisory experience: demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative and work collaboratively; strong evaluation skills, excellent professional written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills and active listening skills.
- Current licensure with the State of Ohio as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW); or Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW); or Marriage & Family Therapist Board as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, or, Licensed Professional Counselor.
- Ohio Driver's License.
- Trauma Informed Care certificate preferred.
Franklin County Public Health is proud to offer a competitive salary range of $34.52/hour - $41.42/hour for this exempt position.
