About the OpportunityWe are looking for a seasoned sales professional to join our team at Alchemy. As an Enterprise Growth Specialist, you will be responsible for driving business growth by accelerating product development on our infrastructure.
Main Responsibilities:
- Managing the sales process from initial outreach to contract closure and ongoing client relationships.
- Building relationships with potential customers, understanding their needs, and showcasing how our product addresses their challenges.
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through targeted outreach and engagement.
- Providing expert guidance on blockchain nodes and infrastructure troubleshooting to cryptocurrency companies.
- Analyzing campaign performance and implementing improvements to optimize sales results.
- Collaborating with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive business outcomes.
- Designing and refining processes to meet evolving business needs.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- 7+ years of experience in quota-carrying sales roles, selling SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS solutions to Enterprises and C-level stakeholders.
- In-depth knowledge of the crypto/blockchain industry.
- A technical or educational background in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
- A proven track record of success in sales, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- A desire to work in sales at an innovative startup.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $180,000 per year (estimated)
