Payroll Administrator Job Description

Mills Auto Group is seeking a highly skilled Payroll Administrator to join our team. This role is responsible for handling all aspects of payroll for multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process payroll for technicians, hourly, salary, and commissioned employees through CDK Payroll Plus.
  • Maintain accurate work-in-process records after each payroll.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of payroll records and employee files.
  • Process candidates through Hireology and order background checks and drug screens.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Maintain logs of team members by location.

Requirements:

  • Current experience with processing payroll and utilizing the Payroll Plus software.
