Daily Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contact for new clients throughout the implementation phase
  • Develop tailored payroll solutions in collaboration with other services and departments as needed
  • Gather necessary data to establish the current year's payroll, ensuring alignment with previous payroll records
  • Coordinate with various departments to update status and facilitate additional product configurations

Qualifications:

  • Two to three years of experience in payroll processing
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and time management abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a dynamic, deadline-driven environment
  • A willingness to learn, a humble approach to feedback, and the ability to build meaningful relationships
