Position Overview:
As an Insurance Risk Assessment Specialist at InsurSolv, LLC, you will play a crucial role in evaluating properties for insurance purposes. This position is ideal for independent contractors who are self-motivated and detail-oriented.

Key Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting thorough inspections to assess the physical attributes, external dimensions, and overall condition of properties.
  • Documenting observable hazards and providing recommendations in comprehensive reports that aid our client companies in evaluating risk eligibility.
  • Acting as the representative for insurance underwriters, who rely on your insights to make informed decisions.

Independent Contractor Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • A high energy level and the ability to manage a substantial volume of inspections.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with a decisive and resourceful approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A self-driven attitude with the capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Effective organizational skills to manage a demanding workload and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Preferred qualifications include VIITA Certification or experience in related fields such as construction, plumbing, electrical work, life safety, or property management.

  • Reliable transportation with valid insurance and a driver's license.
  • Tools such as a measuring wheel, monopod, and clipboard for conducting inspections.
