Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough inspections of commercial properties to identify potential hazards and risks.
  • Collect and analyze data to determine the likelihood and potential impact of losses.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive reports summarizing the findings of each inspection.
  • Collaborate with underwriters and other stakeholders to determine the eligibility of risks for insurance coverage.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g., construction, engineering, risk management) preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field, such as construction, plumbing, electrical, or property management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • VIITA Certification or equivalent.
  • Experience with construction, plumbing, electrical, or property management.
  • Knowledge of risk management principles and practices.
