Position Overview:
As an Insurance Risk Assessment Specialist with InsurSolv, LLC, you will play a crucial role in evaluating properties for insurance purposes. This position involves working as an Independent Contractor, providing essential insights into the safety and risk factors associated with various properties.

Key Responsibilities:
Your primary duties will include:

  • Conducting thorough inspections to assess the physical attributes, exterior dimensions, and overall condition of properties.
  • Documenting observable hazards and providing recommendations that contribute to our comprehensive reports.
  • Acting as the vital link for insurance underwriters who rely on your findings to evaluate risk eligibility.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess:

  • A high level of energy and the ability to manage a significant volume of inspections.
  • Strong analytical skills, resourcefulness, and the capacity to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • A self-driven attitude with the capability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Organizational skills to handle a demanding workload and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Preferred qualifications include VIITA Certification or experience in construction, plumbing, electrical work, life safety, firefighting, general contracting, or property management.

  • Access to Google Chrome or Edge, as well as Microsoft Internet Explorer 11.
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader for document handling.
  • A reliable broadband internet connection.

  • A color inkjet or laser printer.
  • Reliable transportation with valid insurance and a driver's license.
  • Essential tools such as a measuring wheel, monopod, and clipboard.
