Your Role
As a Room Attendant at Kimpton, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and comfort of guest accommodations and shared spaces, all while delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Perform daily cleaning tasks in guest rooms and common areas, adhering to hotel standards.
2. Change bed linens and restock room supplies as needed.
3. Ensure rooms are arranged according to the Executive Housekeeper's specifications and secure all doors.
4. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards promptly.
5. Return lost items to the Housekeeping department, documenting details accurately.
6. Maintain cleanliness in corridors and service areas.
7. Respond to requests from the Housekeeping management team.
8. Ensure security of pass keys and return them at the end of your shift.
9. Organize the linen closet and restock supplies for the next day.
10. Communicate any unusual circumstances to the supervisor.

What You Bring
A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, along with at least one year of experience in customer service or a related field. You should possess strong problem-solving skills and a genuine concern for guest safety and security. Compensation
The hourly pay range for this position is $20.00 to $21.17, reflecting our commitment to fair compensation based on experience and qualifications. Please note that this range is specific to certain locations and may vary based on various factors.
