Venice Suites is seeking a motivated Room Attendant to become a valuable member of our team. The Room Attendant plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of guest accommodations and common areas, adhering to the highest standards of service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow established health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe environment for both guests and staff.
  • Utilize Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as necessary, in accordance with property-specific protocols.
  • Exhibit a friendly and courteous demeanor at all times, providing personalized service to guests.
  • Effectively communicate with guests and team members to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Perform thorough cleaning of guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing bathrooms.
  • Meet cleaning time standards as set by management.
  • Adhere to company policies regarding room amenities and supplies.
  • Promptly report any lost items found in guest rooms to management.
  • Maintain security of master room keys and return them at the end of each shift.
  • Report maintenance issues that require immediate attention.
  • Assist with laundry duties as needed.
  • Support fellow team members and other departments to enhance overall hotel performance.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.

Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, with a minimum of one year in housekeeping or cleaning services.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires frequent walking, climbing stairs, and performing repetitive motions such as bending, lifting, and carrying items up to 20 lbs. Exposure to cleaning agents is also part of the role.
