We are seeking a detail-oriented Loan Processor to join our team at Pioneer Trust Bank N.A. This role is responsible for providing support to Loan Officers by performing various duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare loan files by following bank policies and regulatory compliance.
  • Close all approved loan transactions by following appropriate procedures.
  • Order appraisals, reviews, evaluations, and environmental assessments as needed.
  • Mail out required disclosures to borrowers and update internal systems and spreadsheets.
  • Communicate with title insurance companies and ensure proper insurance maintenance.
  • Understand and follow all loan compliance regulations.
  • Prepare loan documents using LaserPro software.
  • Collect necessary items to perfect liens and create collateral files.
  • Provide notary assistance and take necessary actions to book and fund loan transactions.
  • Perform post-booking reviews and follow up on missing collateral file items.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years' experience in a related field or position requiring complementary skills.
  • Training or equivalent combination of education and experience working in commercial banking.
  • Oregon Notary license and valid driver's license.
Working Conditions:

This position requires frequent computer use and the ability to sit, type, and communicate effectively. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
