  • Provide on-the-job training and supervise the daily functions of the Sales Support Team as necessary.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, organized, and efficient stockroom, collaborating with store management to optimize stockroom layout.
  • Ensure compliance with all store and company policies, meeting expectations as outlined on the Store Process Dashboard.
  • Execute any additional tasks as assigned by management.

  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and carry items weighing up to 50 pounds.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
