**Job Description:**

The Strategic Product Category Manager will be responsible for developing and executing product line strategies to deliver a parts portfolio that meets the needs of NFI's customer base. Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting market analysis to identify opportunities for new products and programs
  • Developing business cases for new initiatives and presenting recommendations to stakeholders
  • Leading cross-functional project teams to drive sales growth and product management initiatives
  • Serving as a subject matter expert to provide support for marketing and sales efforts

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
  • 4+ years of experience in product line management, new product development, or business development in transportation or automotive industries
  • Strong market research and analysis skills, including data analysis and business case development
  • Project management experience, including managing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
