About the Role:
We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Global AEC Key Account Team, you will be responsible for identifying and implementing strategies that drive business growth and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers and partners
• Develop and execute customized sales strategies to meet customer needs
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform sales strategies
Requirements:
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales or relevant consulting/program management
• Proven track record of driving business growth and customer success
• Strong understanding of the AEC industry and Esri technology
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
