In this role, you will develop and present related training, monitor to ensure program services are in compliance with federal and state standards, and collaborate with agency management to resolve compliance issues. Your expertise in unemployment insurance (UI) policies, procedures, and regulations will be invaluable in ensuring the effective implementation of the program.

About the Role:

  • Provide technical assistance and guidance to agency staff on Unemployment Insurance program procedures and compliance measures
  • Develop and present related training to ensure program services are in compliance with federal and state standards
  • Collaborate with agency management to resolve compliance issues and ensure program effectiveness
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to federal and state laws, rules, and regulations related to Unemployment Insurance programs

Requirements:

  • 4 years of college with major courses in the social sciences and 2 years of professional experience in program research, evaluation, or design, or equivalent experience
  • 2 years of professional experience providing services to clients for unemployment insurance (UI) claims, certification, and adjudication
  • 2 years of professional experience working with financial systems and software related to unemployment insurance claims, certification, and adjudication

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2 years of professional experience creating training materials and conducting training for an unemployment insurance (UI) program
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
