Senior Receptionist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Receptionist to join our team at NOVA Home Loans. As a key member of our office staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk.

• Answer and direct phone calls in a timely and professional manner
• Greet clients, vendors, and employees in a welcoming and positive manner
• Assist with filing, data entry, and other administrative tasks as needed
• Manage mail and packages, including sorting, distributing, and tracking
• Perform supply inventory and ordering as necessary
• Ensure copiers, faxes, and printers are in good working order
• Prepare and send birthday cards and announcements to employees
• Complete marketing match and other tasks as assigned

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum three years of work experience, preferably in an office environment
• Previous experience with multi-line phone systems and office software preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish required
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software
