Job Title: Human Resources Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and energetic Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in Newington, CT. This individual will be responsible for liaising with internal hiring managers and stakeholders to identify hiring needs, coordinating daily interactions with talent, and managing recruitment activities. This is an entry-level position that offers full benefits and annual merit increases based on performance reviews.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment processes
  • Liaise with hiring managers and stakeholders to improve hiring processes and establish business needs
  • Recruit exempt and nonexempt internal employees
  • Attend recruitment/job fairs
  • Create and post job requisitions to appropriate platforms
  • Maintain employee files
  • Conduct references
  • Perform additional HR administrative duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience
  • Entry-level experience
