Job Title: Manager Corporate Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager Corporate Services to join our team at North Albany Senior High School.

About the Role

The Manager Corporate Services will be responsible for managing the strategic and day-to-day financial, physical and human resources aspects of the school's business operations. This includes financial planning, budgeting, monitoring and reporting to ensure achievement of the school's strategic and corporate financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement financial plans and budgets to achieve the school's strategic objectives.
  • Manage the school's physical resources, including facilities and equipment.
  • Oversee the school's human resources functions, including recruitment, training and development.
  • Provide high-level financial management advice to the Principal and other senior staff.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure effective management of the school's business operations.
Requirements
  • High-level human resource management skills, including the ability to develop and/or apply human resource management practices and processes.
  • High-level financial management skills, including budget preparation and the ability to understand and apply financial and accounting practices and procedures.
  • High-level written communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in the application of high-level customer service principles and practices.
  • Experience in effective leadership of a team.
  • Ability to provide high-level human resource consultancy and financial advice in the development, implementation and management of business and marketing plans.
  • Well-developed problem-solving and risk management skills, including the ability to provide innovative solutions to strategic and complex problems and issues.
