Talent Connections is a leading provider of HR services, and we are seeking a skilled Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our team in the metro Atlanta area. As a key contributor, you will work closely with our internal and external partners to ensure the efficient processing of payroll and benefits transactions.

Job Description

This is a hybrid role that requires collaboration with internal and external partners to execute payroll and benefits processes and transactions. The ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills and exceptional internal customer service abilities.

Responsibilities
  • Process bi-weekly multi-state payroll, including new hires, employee transitions, benefits maintenance, time-off tracking, and maintaining personnel files.
  • Monitor and respond to post mail, emails, and telephone calls from internal colleagues and external parties.
  • Assist with generating regular reports and distributing them to internal stakeholders.
  • Enter garnishments and child support deductions in the payroll system and the Company's internal database.
Requirements
  • Five or more years of experience in a company payroll/benefits function.
  • College degree or equivalent payroll/benefits experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
