Key Responsibilities:- Develop, implement, and evaluate the nursing program's overall strategy and direction.
- Collaborate with the Administrative Nursing Director and Chief Academic Officer to drive program development and special projects.
- Oversee the admission process, orientation, and educational partnerships with clinical sites.
- Prepare data and written materials for state and Nursing Board requirements.
- Plan, develop, manage, update, and evaluate all aspects of the program.

- Organize and serve on committees.
- Develop and maintain educational partnerships with clinical sites.
- Current and active license as a Registered Nurse in the state of California.
- Baccalaureate degree from an approved school.
- Minimum of three years of experience as a registered nurse, with one year in teaching or clinical supervision.
- 1-3 years of leadership experience.
- 1-3 years of experience as a Nursing Instructor (Vocational Nursing or RN).
