Program Director

Stealth Recruiting Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to oversee the development, planning, coordination, and implementation of our nursing program activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in nursing education and administration, with a proven track record of success in program development and management.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement program policies and procedures
Plan, develop, manage, update, and evaluate all aspects of the program
Prepare data and written materials for state and Nursing Board requirements, reports, proposals, self-studies, surveys, and site visits
Assist with identifying and obtaining outside resources for the nursing program
Develop and maintain educational partnerships with clinical sites
Perform clinical site evaluations, including risk assessments and safety evaluations
Maintain evaluations by students, clinical sites representatives, and faculty at completion of each clinical rotation
Ensure clinical contracts are updated and maintained
Participate in nursing faculty recruitment, hiring, and orientation
Facilitate nursing faculty meetings and ensure adequate records and minutes are maintained
Assign and schedule faculty to course and clinical sites
Monitor quality of instruction and participate in faculty and program review, evaluation, and strategic planning
Provide advising, support, and planning assistance to potential students
Ensure students are properly oriented to nursing skills lab and clinical facilities prior to initiating clinical rotations
Participate in the planning and review process for the recruitment and admission of qualified nursing students
Assure that all students have completed the necessary documentation and met the requirements for graduation and licensing exam
Participate in the planning and implementation of the Nursing Advisory Committee meetings
Participate in professional development and maintain CE hours
Maintain current knowledge of State rules and regulations as relate to the practice of Vocational Nursing
Requirements
BSN
RN License or higher
3 years of direct Nursing experience as an RN
1-3 years of leadership experience
1-3 years of experience as a Nursing Instructor (Vocational Nursing or RN)
