Job Overview

Turning Point Community Programs is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Program Director II to join our team. This is a critical role that requires a strong background in program management, leadership, and staff supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement program schedules, ensuring adequate coverage and staff compliance with productivity standards.
  • Collaborate with the Program Director to design and improve programs, ensuring fiscal viability and compliance with licensing requirements.
  • Oversee medication distribution, charting, and resident satisfaction interviews, maintaining accurate records and ensuring site safety.
  • Provide crisis intervention, on-the-spot counseling, and ensure the safety, health, and well-being of staff and residents.
  • Prepare and submit reports to the County and Administration, ensuring timely completion and accuracy.
Qualifications

A master's degree in Social Work or a related field, with a minimum of two years of experience in mental health services and one year of supervisory experience. Valid registration with the Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) and a California driver's license are also required.

Reliable transportation and a valid vehicle insurance/registration are necessary for this role. If your vehicle is more than five years old, it must pass a vehicle safety inspection.

This is a Monday-to-Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM or 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM position. If you are interested in this opportunity, please attend our open interviews on Wednesdays from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at 10850 Gold Center Drive, Suite 325, Rancho Cordova, CA 95670.
