Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $84,000 to $104,000 per year for full-time employees, based on experience and qualifications. Performance-based bonuses and signing bonus opportunities are also available. In addition, contractors can expect competitive hourly rates or project-based compensation with bonus opportunities based on performance.
Job DescriptionAs a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Qualified Behavior Analyst (QBA), you will play a crucial role in leading ABA treatment services. Your responsibilities will include conducting initial assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) to identify challenging behavior functions, developing and implementing Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) based on assessment outcomes, tracking client progress, and modifying treatment strategies as needed.
You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with state and insurance-mandated standards of care, securing insurance approvals, and managing related documentation. Additionally, you will collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other stakeholders to make informed decisions about treatment intensity, approaches, transitions, and discharge plans.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you must have a Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field, and current certification as a BCBA or QBA in good standing with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). You should also have a minimum of 2 years of experience providing behavior analytic services, preferably in a remote setting, and proven experience in conducting FBAs and developing/implementing behavior intervention plans.
Key skills required for this position include strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles and procedures, excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, proficiency with telehealth platforms and virtual collaboration tools, ability to work independently and manage time effectively, and proficiency in data collection, analysis, and interpretation.
